After the pandemic, I discovered that many women were stuck and struggling with advancing professionally or personally. I decided to expand my mission of empowering women outside of the pink bubble creating an Empowerment Breakfast Series. I also relaunched D.E.C.I.D.E. ( Divas Empowering and Connecting Individuals who Dare to Excel) to give women a community to connect and collaborate. Understanding that some women need more one on one, I started a C.P.R. Coaching Program to help women gain Clarity, create a Plan, and track Results.
